Prof. Dr. Silke Bustamante

Project Leader

Silke Bustamante is Professor for Management at the Berlin School of Economics and Law and Course Director of the Division of Service Management. She was Visiting Professor at Kobe University in Japan and the UADE in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Before, she worked several years as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group in international strategic projects and did a PhD program on applied microeconomics at Humboldt University in Berlin. Her research focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility, particularly on CSR Management and the role of CSR for employer attractiveness and Human Resource Management.

Martin Brueckner (Responsible for: Australia)

Dr. Martin Brueckner is co-director of the Centre for Responsible Citizenship and senior lecturer in sustainability in the School of Business and Governance at Murdoch University. He is a social ecologist with a background in management, economics and environmental policy. His research is focused on industry-community relations, sustainable communities and regional sustainability with a social justice emphasis.

Antonia Girardi
(Responsible for: Australia)

Associate Professor Dr. Antonia Girardi is a teacher and researcher in the area of people management in the School of Business and Governance at Murdoch University. She teaches in the areas of research methods and human resources management, and in 2015, was a recipient of the Murdoch University Vice Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Learning and Teaching. Antonia has completed approximately 28 publications (including refereed articles and conference papers).

Naser Alziyadat (Responsible for: Australia, Thailand)

Dr. Naser Alziyadat obtained his Ph.D. from Durham University Business School. Having conducted a multi-disciplinary research, Naser developed a framework for implementing and measuring CSR in Islamic financial institutions. Naser is currently a Research Associate at the Centre for Responsible Citizenship and Sustainability at Murdoch University, Perth. He is also a columnist with more than 200 articles published both in Arabic and English.

Marina Stefanova (Responsible for: Bulgaria)

Dr. Marina Stefanova is “Sustainable Development” Director of the UN Global Compact Network Bulgaria and a certified consultant in corporate social responsibility of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). She has a PhD on Social governance – specialty “Corporate social responsibility in SMEs” and is a graduate of Cambridge University (UK), speciality "Introduction to British and European law".

Renewable Natural Resources Engineer and Agricultural and Forest Science Doctor of Universidad de Chile. Position: Sustainability and Environmental Engineering Director and researcher in Circulate Economy and Sustainability Center at Universidad Mayor de Chile. CSR specialist.

Valmir M. de Oliveira (Responsible for: Chile)

Dr. Valmir Martins de Oliveira received his Ph.D. in American Studies at Universidad de Santiago de Chile (USACH) in Master Planning and Strategic Management. He is currently working as a Professor at the Faculty of Humanities at  Universidad Mayor de Chile and as a Research Professor at the Faculty of Administration and Business at Universidad Autónoma de Chile. Moreover, he is the Co-Founder and General Coordinator of the International Symposium on Social Responsibility of Organizations (SIRSO).

Nicole F. Richter (Responsible for: Denmark)

Nicole Franziska Richter is an Associate Professor of International Business at the University of Southern Denmark. Her research focus is on international and strategic management. She received her PhD (on the internationalization and performance relationship) from University of Hamburg (in 2009), awarded with the ‘Wolfgang-Ritter’-Award for excellent research (in 2013). She received her habilitation (on determinants of success in international business) from TU Hamburg (in 2015). Her list of publications covers more than 30 publications in the field of international and strategic management, mostly in peer reviewed academic journals.

Nathalie N. Larsen (Responsible for: Denmark)

Nathalie Nørregaard Larsen is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Marketing & Management at the University of Southern Denmark. Her research interest is firms’ social and environmental value creation to ensure that companies, communities and the natural world prosper collectively. Her dissertation research focus particularly on strategic decision-making in international social entrepreneurship. Prior to her Ph.D. she assumed responsibilities as a strategy consultant in the private sector and research assistant at the University of Southern Denmark. 

Renata Kaminska (Responsible for: France)

Dr. Renata Kaminska is Associate Professor of Strategy and Innovation and a member of the Scientific Committee of SKEMA KTO Research Center. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario (Canada), a Graduate degree in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Management from the University of Nice (France). She is currently in charge of the Master of Research in Management and Innovation. Her current research revolves around organizational dynamics, innovation and creativity.

Tamar Abashidze
(Responsible for: Georgia)

Tamar Abashidze is an Associate Professor at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU) at the Department of Psychology (Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences) and is leading BA and MY cources in different areas of psycholgy. She has been actively involved in several national or international projects, for example on on environmental education, leadership capacitation, or heath status assessemnt of elder people During the period of 2014-2015 she has been a member of Academic Board of TSU.

Tamar Makharadze
(Responsible for: Georgia)

Tamar Makharadze is an Associate Professor at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU), Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Department of Sociology and Social Work and  Head of Disability Research Studies at TSU. She is teaching courses in BA and MA programs of Social Work.
As a researcher Tamar Makharadze  has been involved in number of national and international research projects, e.g. on CSR attitudes, environmental education,  or heath status assessemnt of elder people.

Dan Ofori
(Responsible for: Ghana)
 

Dan Ofori is a Professor of Management at the University of Ghana Business School, Legon, Ghana. His teaching, research and consulting experiences are in Strategy & Corporate Social Responsibility, Project Management and HR Management. He has also worked with DI, an NGO, Lernout & Hauspie and Frost & Sullivan, in Belgium. He holds a PhD from the Vrije University of Brussels.

Ramakrishnan Venkatesakumar (Responsible for: India) 

Prof. R. Venkatesakumar has 20 years of academic experience in institutions like SSM, TSM, DC School, JSN, BIM and in Global European Union projects like EU-ECCP. He has published 50 research articles in various peer-reviewed journals; presented 35 research papers in national and International conferences. As a Research supervisor, Prof Venkat guides projects in Higher Education Management, Rural Marketing & Disaster Risk Reduction Programmes.

Ramachandran Sathyanarayanan (Responsible for: India)

Prof. Sathyanarayanan has 18 years of Industry and academia experience in Organizations like BIM, CII, CBS and also in Global European Union projects like ECCP. Sathya has extensive experience in Post-graduate level teaching in Marketing and also in corporate training through MDPs and consulting assignments in India and abroad.  Sathya’s interests are Brand management, CSR, Culture and Design thinking in the area of marketing.

Naomi Birdthistle (Responsible for: Ireland)

Associate Professor Dr. Naomi Birdthistle has been an academic for over 20 years. For her research, her PhD has won a worldwide award given by the Family Firm Institute and has published extensively on the area of entrepreneurship education; high growth firms and family business management issues and is recognised as a Government of Ireland Scholar.

Antoinette Flynn (Responsible for: Ireland)

Dr. Antoinette Flynn is an Accounting and Finance lecturer, researcher, PhD supervisor and programme director at the University of Limerick, Ireland. Her research interests include: financial policy supports for high growth SMEs; executive remuneration as a motive for stock repurchasing behaviours in publically-listed firms; earnings quality in international capital markets; gender in the accounting profession; and accounting education.

Fabio Pizzutilo

Dr. Fabio Pizzutilo is senior Researcher of Economics of Financial Markets and Institutions at the University of Bari where he teaches Economics of financial intermediaries. He published several papers on financial topics , a book on the Securitization and a book on Multinational enterprises. His present research interests are in the areas of Behavioral finance, Socially responsible investments and Small business finance. He holds a PhD degree in Corporate finance from the University of Trieste.

Caroline Tan      (Responsible for: Japan)

Dr. Caroline S.L. Tan is an Associate Professor of Marketing, CSR and Business Ethics at the Graduate School of Business Sciences, University of Tsukuba, Japan. She holds a PhD in Marketing from Keio University in Japan and an MBA from the University of Portsmouth. Prior to joining academia, she served as the Asia-Pacific Supply Chain Manager at Teleplan NV and at Agilent Technologies (formerly Hewlett-Packard), as the Global Deployment Support Manager. Dr. Tan's research interests include consumer behaviour and cause-related marketing. 

Hooi Hooi Lean  (Responsible for: Malaysia)

Dr. Hooi Hooi Lean is a Professor of Economics at the School of Social Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia. Prof. Lean is the winner of National Academic Award 2015 and Malaysia’s Research Star Award 2017 from the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia. Prof. Lean has authored more than 100 scholarly articles. Her H-index is 30 and there are more than 3000 citations to her works on Google Scholar.

Christof Goebel (Responsible for: Mexico)

Dr. Christof Goebel worked in the Studio Architetto Mar, Venice, and Albert Speer & Partner GmbH, Frankfurt am Main. Being an architect and urban researcher, he won the Ernst May Prize in 1996. Since 2005 he has been teaching and researching at Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) – Azcapotzalco in Mexico City. He is also the Founder of SITIOS, an independent laboratory for public space. He received his PhD from the University of Stuttgart in 2009  and in 2017, obtained his Habilitation for Urbanism at TU Munich.

Agata Rudnicka (Responsible for: Poland)

Dr. Agata Rudnicka is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz. Her main fields of interests are: CSR, sustainable development, business ethics, environmental management and social and environmental aspects of supply chain management, as well as sustainable business models. She has got 10 years of experience in teaching, research and business consulting in these areas.

Janusz Reichel

Dr. Janusz Reichel is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz. His main fields of interests are: social and environmental aspects of management in organisations from different sectors including sustainable development, business ethics and CSR, environmental ethics and management and social entrepreneurship. He has 27 years of experience in teaching and in the above areas.

Julen Castillo   (Responsible for: Spain)

Dr. Julen Castillo Apraiz is a lecturer of Management at The University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU, Faculty of Economics and Business Studies. He graduated with a PhD from the Basque Country UPV/EHU with an international doctorate mention. His current research interests are strategic management, quality management, corporate social responsibility and research methods.

Dr. Umit ALNIACIK is an Associate Professor at Kocaeli University (Turkey), Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. He gained his B.A. (Business Administration) and M.A. (Marketing) degrees from Kocaeli University and his PhD (Business Administration) from Gebze Institute of Technology. Dr. Alniacik teaches marketing management, consumer behavior, advertising management and research methodology. His main areas of research are consumer behavior, advertising effectiveness, CSR and corporate reputation.

Madh avi Ven katesan   (Responsible for: USA)

Dr. Madhavi Venkatesan is a faculty member in the Department of Economics at Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts. Her present academic interests are specific to the integration of sustainability into the economics curriculum and she is currently pursuing scholarly interests in sustainable economic development. She is the author of numerous peer reviewed articles and book chapters on the subject of sustainability and economics.

Andrea Pelzeter

Prof. Dr. rer. pol. Andrea Pelzeter has been a Business Administration professor since 2007 at Berlin School of Economics and Law, particularly for Facility Management. In 2006, she founded the consultancy "Pelzeter Lebenszyklus-Management". She received her doctorate at European Business School International University Schloss Reichartshausen with the topic of real estate life cycle costs.

Franziska Freudenberger

Franziska Freudenberger (M.A.) works as a lecturer of management at Beuth University of Applied Sciences. She obtained her Master in management and counseling at the same university in September 2013, while also working in marketing, quality and security management at a production facility.

Andreas Deckmann

Prof. Dr. rer. pol. Andreas Deckmann has been a Business Administration professor since 2007 at Berlin School of Economics and Law, while also working in the counseling sector. Previously, he worked for energy provider N-ERGIE AG in Nuremberg in the corporate development sector as well as for Horváth & Partner as a consultant. He wrote his dissertation about integrative corporate policy at Cottbus University. 

Rudi Ehlscheidt

Dipl.-Soz. Rudi Ehlscheidt is a research assistant at Berlin School of Economics and Law. Previously, he worked in the field of planning, execution and evaluation of stakeholder surveys for a Berlin-based company. There, he also conducted website usability studies. He graduated in sociology at Bielefeld University with an emphasis on organisational sociology.
